All members must register for leagues online. Players who are not registered online will not be permitted to play on the league. Please contact the respective site captain for problems with online registration. If the league is full, members can contact the site captain to be placed on a waiting list. Members who attend our Kick-off event have first preference in signing up for leagues. Members who register for leagues at Kick-off must also register online by midnight one week after Kick-off or they risk losing their spot on the league. After that, league registration is open to all members until the league is full. Registration for second session leagues will open on the first of the month preceding the session start date (e.g., June 1 for a league starting in July). Members can pay by credit card at the time of online sign-up. Refunds for cancellations are subject to a 3% administrative charge to cover transaction fees. No refunds for cancellations will be given once the league numbers have been guaranteed to the golf course (normally the registration deadline). No refunds will be given after a league session begins. Please contact the respective site captain for more information. In the event that a league date is rained out, the rain check policy for that golf course applies. The Site Captain will work with the golf course to determine if a rain check will be given or if the date will be rescheduled. Site Captains will normally determine pairings for league play. League players will not receive a refund for the sessions that they do not attend. If a substitute is found, the substitute should pay the league player directly. The fee should reflect the cost of play. Site Captains are not responsible for collecting green fees from substituting players. A non-member may play in a league ONLY ONCE in a season as a guest. This includes substitutes, even if they are playing for another member and reimbursing the green fees. Further league participation requires membership in EWGA.

All members must register for education events online. Please contact the respective event leader for problems with online registration. If the event is full, members can contact the event leader to be placed on a waiting list. Registration for Education events will usually open on the first of the month preceding the event date (e.g., June 1 for a July event). Members can pay by credit card at the time of online sign-up. Education payments are non-refundable unless the event does not fill and is cancelled by the chapter or the golf pro. In this case, refunds will be paid in full. If there is a waitlist for an Education event, a player who requests a cancellation will receive a full refund if someone on the waitlist fills their position. No refunds are available for absences.
