If you wish to purchase seats in a different category INSTEAD of where your Membership seat(s) are, this can only be done during the Ticketmaster Member Presales period, which will take place ahead of each confirmed game. You will receive further information via email on this. 2. Once this form is submitted NO changes can be made. 3. Your current Vector Arena membership card will be your ticket for the playoff games as selected below. If you do not have a membership card, paper tickets will be issued and will be available for collection from ticket collection at Vector Arena from 3pm onwards on the day of the game only. 4. Should you require additional tickets, there will be a Presale window before tickets go on sale to the public that you will be able to use to book additional tickets on via the Ticketmaster website. This will be the only way to book additional tickets. Please note that additional tickets cannot be guaranteed due to high demand and is on first-in-first-serve basis. There will also be a restricted number of tickets available per transaction. 5.
