2014 Joy Fawcett Classic Team Check-in Instructions Before the Tournament  Enter your roster into the Tournament Registration system o Please do this by Tuesday Night! o We can’t print and sort the match reports until you do this!  Make sure that every player and coach has a laminated card and signed CalSouth Registration form o See below if you are an AYSO team or you have AYSO guest players o AYSO guest players must have a CalSouth player card and signed registration form!  Print a copy of the Team Roster (it will have the player and team info on it)  Bring the Team Roster to check-in At the Tournament (Game Day Saturday!)  Arrive at the Check-in table 1 hour before your first game  Present the following items to the Field Marshal: o Team Roster (printed from the Tournament Web Site) o Player & Coach Cards (in alphabetical order) o CalSouth Registration Forms (in alphabetical order) o ***No Players at Check-in … Just Paperwork***  The Field Marshal will compare the three items o Each player card will get a sticker o The verified roster will be signed by you and the Field Marshal … and kept by us o You keep the Player Cards and Registration Paperwork Game Procedures  Prior to each game, give the referees your player cards  Referees will check the players prior to the game and hold onto the cards  After the game, collect the player cards from the referee and sign the Match Report  Don’t forget your cards! Special Situations  AYSO Players Cards o Not allowed for CalSouth teams  AYSO Teams o Must have AYSO Permission to Travel form and AYSO Travel Roster signed by the Regional Commissioner

Permission Form: http://www.ayso.org/Assets/Events/Tournaments/Open+Invitation+$!26+Inter national+Forms/oiit-04.zip  Roster Form: http://www.ayso.org/Assets/Events/Tournaments/Open+Invitation+$!26+Inter national+Forms/oiit-05.zip  Both form must be signed by the Regional Commissioner o All players and coaches must have laminated AYSO Cards Don’t Have Player Info for all Players at Check-in o Not a problem, you can check a player in at any time as long as they are listed on the roster o For Example: you have a guest player that will be bringing card and reg form, but cant make the games on Saturday. When the player arrives with the paperwork, we will add the player to the roster and Match Reports after verifying her paperwork and player card Red Cards o All Red Cards will be reported to CalSouth and there will be a mandatory suspension of at least 1 game  No exceptions …  If the Red Card comes out the player or coach will be suspended for at least one game  If a coach is coaching multiple teams, they will be suspended from all teams until the 1 game suspension is served (i.e. if the coaches’ second team plays prior to the coaches next game for team one, the coach will be suspended for that too) o Bottom line … no Red Cards! (This isn’t the World Cup and our champion T-shirts are not that cool)
