Hatfield Towamencin Baseball Clash with the Titans (July 18th – 22nd) 12UB 50/70 Tournament 6 team format 11UA 50/70 Tournament 6 team format 11UB 50/70 Tournament 6 team format 10UA 46/60 Tournament 6 team format 10UB 46/60 Tournament 6 team format 9UA 46/60 Tournament 6 team format 9UB 46/60 Tournament 6 team format *Green Lane Field will be used primarily for 11U/12U: 2201 Kriebel Rd, Lansdale, PA 19446 Bustard Park will primarily have 46/60 but could have 50/70 games assigned if needed
Field Types: 11 & 12U 50/70, 9 & 10U 46/60 Games: Each team is guaranteed 3 games (weather permitting) Cost: $475 Dates: July 18th – 22nd Tournament Director: Dave Franek, E-mail: [email protected] Some other brief notes about the tournament: 1. Tournament is open to Travel/Township Teams. No AAU/Club teams will be accepted. 2. “A” and “B” teams will play in their own brackets; exceptions can be made to play up not down. 3. 11&12U will have 2 Umpires for all games. 9&10U 1 Umpire except 2 in Champ Game 4. The winner and runner-up at each level will receive individual player trophies. 5. Each team should have appropriate team insurance and must provide a copy upon tournament check-in. 6. Copies of player birth certificates must be available upon request of the tournament director. 7. Tournament rules will be provided to each head coach. Game rules will use the Cal Ripken rule book as guideline with some modifications at each level. 8. We will use May 1st for age eligibility, again teams can play up any questions please ask… 9. Cancellation/refund policy: a. Up to two weeks before tournament: 50% refund b. After two weeks before tournament: no refund
There will be fully stocked snack stands throughout the tournament. More information will be available at leaguelineup.com/clashwiththetitans Register by to 4/16/18 to secure your spot. Payment will be due June 15, 2018. Please fill out the form to register.
