Pioneer Award We are pleased to announce Jed Billings of FNF Construction, Inc. (FNF) as the 2015 Pioneer Award recipient. Jed has been in the Heavy-Highway Construction industry for more than 45 years. Under his leadership as Executive Chairman, and past CEO, FNF and its affiliates are currently involved in active transportation and mining projects in Arizona, New Mexico, California, and North Dakota. Jed’s commitment to partnering in the industry has led the company to be ranked as the number one heavy highway contractor by Arizona Business Magazine’s Ranking Arizona since 1999. Jed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University’s Del E. Webb School of Construction, and was the recipient of the 1997 Construction Excellence award. He is involved in various local and national boards including the State Director of TRIP and the past State Director of ARTBA and the National Asphalt Pavement Association.
