Board Members, This performance report for the César Chávez Express Toll Lanes includes transaction and revenue data for the period from the opening date (January 10, 2014) through the end of the CRRMA’s 3rd quarter of fiscal year 2015 (period ending May 31, 2015). On the following page, you will find a table that summarizes the performance metrics found graphically on the subsequent pages. However, this report is the first to utilize a new format, which presents annualized projected revenues and transaction figures, as opposed to the monthto-month format previously used in these reports. This change has been made since we now have more than one year of actual revenue and transaction data. This is an important difference in reporting. As the projections were originally developed only on an annual basis, we were normalizing those annual projections without being able to account for seasonality adjustments and other variables. Accordingly, and now that we have over a year of actual operational data to evaluate, I believe this new reporting format is a more accurate way to review this data, without losing any of the information we were previously reporting. However, please feel free to share with me any suggested revisions to content or format that you would like to see incorporated into future reports. As in the past, a representative of the CRRMA’s general engineering consultant will present this information in greater detail during the Board meeting and will be available for questions. Please also let me know of any questions that you may have.

Board Members, This performance report for the César Chávez Express Toll Lanes includes transaction and revenue data for the period from the opening date (January 10, 2014) through the end of the CRRMA’s 3rd quarter of fiscal year 2015 (period ending May 31, 2015).
