In consideration of my participation, I hereby forever release and covenant not-to-sue Augsburg College, the Augsburg College Board of Trustees, and any of their employees, instructors, volunteers, agents, and all others who are involved, from any and all present and future claims resulting from ordinary negligence on the part of the College or others listed for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death, arising as a result of my engaging in the Minnesota College Prep Camp activities or any activities incidental thereto, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur. Augsburg College is at 2211 Riverside Avenue, in the heart of the Twin Cities, near the Fairview-Riverside Medical Center, the West Bank campus of the University of Minnesota, and Mississippi River parkways. The Minnesota College Prep Camp will be held at EdorNelson Field on the college’s campus.

The Minnesota College Prep Camp will provide

Greg Holker – Head Coach, Augsburg College: In his 11 seasons at Augsburg, Holker has amassed a 108-75-24 overall record. He has twice been named MIAC Coach of the Year, and has guided the Auggies to two NCAA Championship appearances (including the Sweet 16 in 2008) and the 2010 MIAC Playoff Championship. The Auggies have been ranked in the NSCAA Top 25 for six of the past seven seasons.

REGISTRATION AND FEES The camp cost is $120. The registration deadline is July 1, 2015. The first 32 field players and four goalkeepers registered for the session will be accepted. After the session fills up, additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Participants attending must be high school juniors or seniors in the fall of 2015. Each player is required to bring proper soccer attire and a fully inflated soccer ball. Players must check in at least 15 minutes prior to the first session on Monday, July 20th.

Gregg Olson – Head Coach, Macalester College: Olson will enter his fourth season at the helm of the Macalester Scots in 2015. After a 4-13-1 record in 2012, Olson led the Scots to an 8-8-2 mark in his second season in charge, and a 11-6-2 mark and a spot in the MIAC Playoffs in 2014. Prior to his arrival at Macalester, Olson was an assistant coach at Stanford University and the University of Vermont. Jon Lowery – Head Coach, University of St. Thomas: Jon Lowery will begin his fourth year as the head coach of the Tommies in the fall. In his first three seasons, he has led St. Thomas to a 30-17-9 mark and two MIAC playoff appearances. Prior to joining the Tommies, Lowery served as head coach at Hamline University for three seasons and an assistant with Wake Forest University and Ohio State University. Other MIAC Institutions represented: Bethel University, Carleton College, Gustavus Adolphus College, Hamline University, St. Olaf College, Saint Mary’s University
