Recharge Costs - John Lester & Eddie Colman Court Recharge Costs Schedule Last Amended: 09/05/2016 The charge schedules below indicate the amount you will be recharged for a replacement if you lose/remove or irreparably damage any item or area whilst in our accommodation. All costs are based on average charges and may vary slightly dependent upon circumstances.
Where possible we have included ‘fixed’ repair costs in the schedules but all other repair costs will be calculated according to the cost involved on any occasion.
IMPORTANT NOTE 1: Where costs are applicable due to loss/damage in communal areas of a house/flat and no-one accepts responsibility, the costs will be divided equally amongst all residents of the house/flat.
Where any disputes arise in relation to these costs they will be dealt with under the Village Rules and at the discretion of Village Management. IMPORTANT NOTE 2:
Where an incident occurs outside site reception opening hours and requires immediate attention for either health or safety reasons or to prevent further damage being caused, it may be necessary to call out emergency assistance which incurs an additional charge as follows: Monday – Saturday
