o $25.00 /member, $75 maximum per family o Checks can be made out to CCEDC o Return by 11-1-16 with triplicate Roster Form Late Enrollments (Leader and Returning Member) will be accepted until 1115-15 with a $10 LATE FEE. (Returned by the individual) Cloverbuds are 5-7, Regular Members are 8-19.

Emergency Protocol During Fair Identify those who may have medical training within each of your areas
Select an individual who can communicate to Police/EMS Identify your location (you will be provided with the map all emergency personnel receive and a direct line to the Command Post) Nature of the incident
Notify 4-H staff so the appropriate report can be filed
Code of Conduct Violations Resulting in Suspensions Process Written complaint is filed Staff/Program Committee make recommendations Executive Director issues final decision Notification to all necessary parties as to the duration of the ban Follow up when the terms change
