To be eligible to play in the fall season you will need to complete the following tasks: • • • • • • • •
Pay the Registration Fee of $170 Participate in mandatory fundraiser: Sell 15 items or pay $90 buyout Attend MANDATORY Equipment Fitting (date and time TBA) Attend MANDATORY Certification Day (date and time TBA) Pay the $25 rental fee for pads at Equipment Fitting or use your own certified helmet and pads Fill out registration packet and medical consent forms Turn in a Birth Certificate, Report Card, and Physical (dated after 1-1-2016) All items and payments must be turned in by the first practice or a $20 late fee will be added to outstanding items.

Practice starts August 1st First 3 weeks of practice will be Monday through Friday from 5:30-7:30 for mandatory conditioning Practice will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday starting week 4 Jamboree at Pioneer Park - August 13th Games will be every Saturday beginning August 27th Cheer Competition-October 22nd North Championship – November 5th Super Bowl – North Champs vs. South Champs – November 12th
