2016 SEASON TICKET ORDER FORM It is our responsibility to inform ticket purchasers that the cost for each individual ticket includes the actual cost (standard UF Athletic Association ticket price), Gator Booster contribution, and a donation to the SW Florida Gator Club Scholarship Fund. Season Ticket Orders •
Deadline: Deadline: The only orders accepted prior to June 30th are for the purchase of season tickets. Beginning July 1st, any remaining single game tickets may be purchased by using the order form on our website: http://swflorida.gatorclub.com

Payment: No cash accepted. Please make a check payable to the Southwest Florida Gator Club for the total amount of all tickets ordered, and mailed to P.O. Box 62136, Ft. Myers 33906. A copy of your order form must accompany your payment.

SWFGC Season Ticketholders have the opportunity to purchase tickets to the Florida/Georgia game (at an additional cost) – see above. Purchase of a Georgia game ticket prior to July 1st must be accompanied by a Season Ticket purchase through the SWFGC.

Ticket Delivery/PickDelivery/Pick-up: up: you must retrieve your tickets in-person which will become available after the second/third week of August, OR you must provide a prepaid envelope for mail delivery, although FedEx or UPS are suggested. Similar to prior years, years, tickets will be available for pickup at the 201 2016 Gator Football Kickoff Party. Party We are not responsible tickets lost in the mail, nor for tickets accidentally misplaced subsequent to purchaser taking delivery of tickets. This season ticket policy is only valid for the 2016-2017 academic school year.
