2016 GBC Spring Craft Show March 12, 2016 10am-4pm Please review the following show information, rules, & terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please call the church at 419-468-3292.
General Information 1. Proceeds from booth, table, and chair rentals, and additional money raised will go to Gospel Baptist Church. 2. This event will all be inside. 3. This event will be advertised in local businesses, newspapers, and on the radio, television, and websites. Over 10,000 flyers will be distributed. 4. Exhibitors must remain set up for the full term of the show. 5. Smoking on the premises is prohibited. 6. No drugs or alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises. 7. Exhibitors agree to truthfully represent their merchandise to buyers and conduct business with the highest ethical standards. 8. No vulgar language is to be used in any way. 9. Pets are not allowed 10. Concessions will be available: Including coffee. Application 1. Early Deadline for your application & booth payment is June 1, 2015. 2. Normal Deadline for your application & booth payment is January 1, 2016. 3. 75% of items must be handmade. Booth 1. You provide everything you want in your assigned space. • This includes any tables, chairs, canopy, booth back drops, etc. • You do have the option to rent tables and chairs. 2. If you need electricity for your booth, you must provide your own UL approved extension cord. All cords must be secured away from walkways. Please make sure you mark that you need electricity on your application. 3. Spaces are available on a first come basis.
Set-Up & Tear Down 1. Set up hours • Friday from 12:00pm-8:00pm • Saturday from 8:00am-9:00am i. If you choose to set up Saturday, you MUST be set-up before 9:00am 2. Show hours are one day only from 10:00am-4:00pm 3. Tear Down • You are not permitted to start tearing down your booth until 4:00pm Day of Craft Show 1. We will meet in the gym at 9:30 am on Saturday. 2. Please plan on parking in the main parking lot. You can move your vehicle to the other parking lot afterwards to load up.
