Waiver and Release The law requires that parental permission be obtained for medical treatment on minors. We need this form completed so we may perform such procedures without any unnecessary delays. However, no medical treatment will be performed without the parents being contacted and fully informed. I also understand that the SC Elite Youth Volleyball Academy is not responsible for a pre-existing or reoccurrence of any undisclosed preexisting injury or illness of the above camper prior to the first day of camp, and the SC Elite Youth Volleyball Academy will assume responsibility only for injuries or illness incurred while the above camper is participating in camp activities under supervision.

Parental Consent Form
Our Satellite Camp is open to all athletes interested in fine-tuning their fundamentals and progressing their skills and team play.
Craig Mosqueda was named the head coach of The Citadel volleyball program in January 2015. Mosqueda joined the Bulldog coaching staff after spending the previous six years at Anderson, leading the Trojans to 105 wins including a 25-9 record and second consecutive appearance in the South Atlantic Conference Tournament championship match and NCAA Division II Tournament in 2014. The prior season the Trojans finished 19-15 and defeated Tusculum in the Southeast Regional for the first NCAA Tournament victory in school history. Anderson was picked to finish 10th in the SAC before placing third in the regular season and following that up with the program’s first-ever berth in the conference championship match.
To enable the health facilities in Charleston, SC to provide prompt care to your minor daughter, we must have the Consent Form completed in its entirety. This way, we can help your child without delay should an emergency occur.
For registration, pamphlets and deposits should be submitted together by the team coach. Our experienced and knowledgeable camp staff will work with all campers to teach the basic fundamentals of volleyball, as well as specific position skill work. Team concepts are also included in this camp. Each day will include team building activities, leadership skills, proper conditioning, special help sessions, competitions and personalized attention for all campers.

Demonstrations will be given daily by coaching staff and volleyball team members.

Day 1 and 2: Your team will receive four hours of skill instruction at your gym.

Day 3: Your team will train with camp staff and work on offensive and defensive strategies. You will compete while practicing these strategies. This session is also four hours.
Check in for all campers will be July 11th at your school gym at 12:30PM. The camp will end for all campers at 5PM each evening. Parents are welcome to attend.

Coach Stevi Robinson Coach Stevi joins us after a great indoor career at Pepperdine, a beach national championship at USC, and then a year with the USA National team. Stevi also played professionally in Germany.
