CHS Winter Sports Program Advertisement Sales to benefit the Nordic Ski Team

Why:
100% profit (if you sell a $50 ad, our team makes $50).
Minimal time invested for $$dollars$$ raised. This fundraiser is principally managed by CHS Basketball Coach Jeff Turner easing the Nordic parent fundraising workload.

o Maintain Skier Fees o Insure funds for a full season of races When:
NOW! Due Date is Tuesday November 15, 2016. How:
Each Nordic Ski team member is asked to sell a minimum of: o 1 x $50 advertisement (business card size) or o 3 x $15 booster club memberships ($45 total)
Complete One Winter Sports Program Sales Sheet for each sale made. One Sales Sheet is attached to this packet. Extra copies are available on the team Facebook page, at practices, in the CHS Athletic Office Nordic Ski mailbox and from Rachel Roe at [email protected].
Collect Payment for each ad or booster club membership sold.
Turn In Completed Winter Program Sales Sheet (one per sale) with Payment to the Nordic Ski mailbox in the CHS Athletic Office, Coach K, or Rachel Roe by Tuesday, November 15, 2016.
The Person/Business buying an ad must design their own ad and EMAIL AD ARTWORK TO: [email protected] (PDFs are prefered); Subject Line: CHS Winter Program. Please include ad size for program o See Attached Examples – can sell to family, friends or businesses. o Due Date for Artwork is November 15, 2016.
All Sponsors will be listed on the Nordic Ski Facebook Page.

2016-2017 Traverse City Central Winter Sports Program Sales Sheet Deadline: Tuesday, November 15, 2016 Be a part of the TCC winter sports program and support Trojan athletics by becoming a corporate sponsor, by purchasing a display ad, or by becoming a booster club member. This is a fundraiser for each winter sports team. There are four ways to donate. 1. Corporate Partnership Opportunities Champions Package: full page color ad in program, announcement as a corporate sponsor at all home games (boys and girls), sponsor night give away (200 items), 2 Trojan Gala tickets, Super Fan t-shirt sponsor (200 t-shirts) COST =$1000 Victory Package: full page ad in program, announcement as a corporate sponsor at all home games (boys and girls), Sponsor night give away (100 items), Super Fan t-shirt sponsor (200 shirts) COST = $750 Winners Package: half page ad, announcement as a corporate sponsor at all home games (boys and girls), Super Fan t-shirt sponson (200 shirts) COST = $400 2.
