FINANCE & INTERGOVERNMENTAL CLOSED COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES OF TUESDAY, MAY 2, 2017 To review all matters referred to the Committee that are related to the overall administration of the City including human resources, the City's finances including audit, and other government organizations. A Closed meeting of the Finance & Intergovernmental Committee of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Heritage Room, City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, on May 2, 2017 at 5:30 pm. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA 1.1 It was moved and seconded: That the Closed Agenda of the May 1, 2017 Finance and Intergovernmental Committee meeting be adopted, as amended. Carried

REPORTS 2.1 RCMP Integrated Teams [CLOSED UNDER SEC 90 (1) ( c) (f) (k)] A presentation by RCMP Integrated Teams

BC Soccer Association Letter of Intent [CLOSED UNDER SEC 90 (1) (k)] It was moved and seconded: That council authorize staff to provide the attached Letter of Intent (LOI) to the BCSA; and That council authorize staff to engage the expertise required to develop conceptual plans and cost estimates for the enhanced soccer facilities at Gates Park and that the city’s share of the feasibility work (a maximum of $5,000) be funded from 2016 surplus. Carried

ADJOURNMENT It was moved and seconded: That the Closed Finance and Intergovernmental Committee meeting of May 2, 2017 be adjourned at 7:36 pm. Carried
