BC Soccer Association Letter of Intent [CLOSED UNDER SEC 90 (1) (k)] It was moved and seconded: That council authorize staff to provide the attached Letter of Intent (LOI) to the BCSA; and That council authorize staff to engage the expertise required to develop conceptual plans and cost estimates for the enhanced soccer facilities at Gates Park and that the city’s share of the feasibility work (a maximum of $5,000) be funded from 2016 surplus. Carried
