2017-2018 austin youth hockey concessions & fundraising

2017-2018 AUSTIN YOUTH HOCKEY CONCESSIONS & FUNDRAISING COMMITMENT AGREEMENT Fundraising is a vital function of the Austin Youth Hockey program. The five types of fundraising are calendar sales, concession stand, frozen food fundraiser, Clubs—VFW Bingo (Bantams only) and home tournaments. Families are required to work twelve (12) hours in the concession stand for the first child, eight (8) hours for the second child and four (4) hours for the third child (maximum total of 24 hours per family). Hours worked during YOUR HOME TEAM tournament; do not count towards your concession commitment. You must record the hours you work in the sign-in book which is located near the cash register at each concession stand as well as claim your hours on our website under the Dibs tab. Buyout is available at $200 per child. Please indicate your desire to buyout at registration and the fee will be assessed at that time. If you have not completed your concession commitments by the end of the 2017-18 Season, you will be billed the buyout rate(s) which must be paid before your child can register for the 2018-19 Season. Concession sign-up for both arenas (Riverside and Packer) will be located on our website www.austin.pucksystems2.com under the Dibs tab. REMEMBER you are responsible for signing up and completing your hours. At any time you will be able to check on your concessions hours needed or completed on our website. This includes the following: scorekeeping, announcing, admissions, chuck-apuck, and concessions. (These concession hours do not count towards the 12, 20 or 24 required hours). _____ I also understand that if the required concession hours are not complete by the end of the 2017-18 Season my child(ren) will not be allowed to register for the 2018-19 Season until the fee for missed hours are paid. (The fees are $200 per child.) _____ BANTAMS ONLY--I agree to work three (3) shifts at the VFW Bingo. _____ I have read the following agreement and understand the requirements needed.
