Under–17 Program The Under-17 program consists of a National Development Camp in July and an international competition (World Under-17 Hockey Challenge) with three Canadian teams and five international teams in November. The top 66 players in Canada will be drafted onto three teams for the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge.
