GLEN IRIS BAPTIST SCHOOL 2017-2018 PRICING INFORMATION
v Registration and Application: Open Registration for all new students begins March 10th. Please call the school office at (205) 323-1516 to obtain an application packet. There is an application/testing fee of $40 for new applicants. v Registration and book cost for any NEW student is $330: The registration cost covers: Book rental/usage, yearbook, ACEA/AACS student membership, Stanford Achievement Tests (SAT), student management system (“MySchoolWorx”), and student insurance. v Registration and book cost for RETURNING students: Open registration for returning students begins March 10th. Returning students pay $280 if registered by May 3rd. This may be paid in full by May 3rd or in two payments ($140 by April 3rd; $140 by May 3rd). After May 3rd, the registration cost for returning students is $330. v Tuition/Supply/Activity Cost is based on a yearly amount and may be paid in monthly payments over 10 months (August-May). There is a 10% discount for tuition paid in full by Friday, June 30th. Unless paid in full by June30 th, tuition/supply arrangements must be made and paid through the FACTS tuition management program for monthly payments and must be paid to FACTS exclusively. The included $80 Activity Fee is to cover additional classroom supplies. First Child

v New Family Referral: Any returning family who has part in a new family enrolling their child in our school will receive $100.00 off one month’s tuition after the First Semester. The new family will receive $25 off at that time as well. v Transportation: Bus service is available in the Leeds/Moody/Irondale area. The cost per month for one rider in a family is $100. For additional riders in the same family, the charge will be $90 per student. v Before/After-School Student Supervision. Students who are enrolled in this program pay through our tuition management company. Before/After School Care is also available on a drop-in basis for an hourly rate that may be paid daily or monthly. This rate is higher than the full-time enrollment, and at the end of each calendar month, fees unpaid are assessed a $40 late fee. (Please see the daycare application for pricing).
