SNOWSPORTS SCHOOL Learning to Ski and Snowboard is more than just learning a new, exhilarating winter sport; it is an entrance into a welcoming community of like-minded outdoor enthusiasts that play hard and have fun doing so. Laurel Mountain makes it easy and fun to learn to ski and snowboard and our experienced instructors are waiting to meet you.
GROUP LESSONS Group lessons are a fun way for skiers and snowboarders ages 8 and older whether you are new to the sport or ready to improve your skills. All group lessons are 60-90 minutes.
PRIVATE LESSONS Private ski or snowboard lessons are all about YOU! Laurel Mountain’s effective one-on-one coaching program and analysis of your technique will help you get the most out of your snowsports experience. Private lessons are available for skiers, ages one and up, and snowboarders, ages three and up, for any ability level. One and two hour lesson packages are available.
ON MOUNTAIN DINING If you are looking for a quick pick-me-up to get you back on the slopes, look no further than one of our great on-mountain dining options. LAUREL HOUSE CAFE Named for the original ski lodge at Laurel Mountain in 1947, the Laurel House Cafe is the place to pick up a quick , delicious bite to eat. Grab a bowl of chili, a burger or a slice of pizza and warm up with majestic long range views. Located on the upper level of the Ski Lodge, the Laurel House Cafe is open during ski season. WILDCAT LOUNGE Sit around the fire and enjoy a tall beverage and taller tales at the Wildcat Lounge. Offerings include the soon to be famous Wildcat Stew, chili, hand-crafted sandwiches, Wildcat Bread Pudding and more! Located on the lower level of the ski lodge. Open daily during ski season featuring entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights.
SCHOOL NIGHTS - Wednesdays & Thursdays Wednesday and Thursday nights are school nights at Laurel Mountain. We have an incredible program for our area schools on Wednesday and Thursday nights that makes getting on the slopes easy and convenient for all. Your school or organization simply needs to sign up with us and your students and members will receive our group pricing for lifts and rentals on those nights. No busses or chaperones needed! For more information or to sign-up your school or organization, call 888547-3388. School Nights are from 3-9 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning January 3, 2018.
