Senior At least 14 years but NOT yet 19 by Jan 1st Junior At least 9 years but NOT yet 14 by Jan 1st Novice At least 9 years but NOT yet 14 by Jan 1st AND must never have participated in a Communications Contest at the County Level Will have the option to present to the judges without an audience Cloverbud At least in Kindergarten but NOT yet 9 years by Jan 1st May work individually, in pairs or groups. Receive a Certificate of Participation Project Enrollment Must be enrolled in the 4H Horse Program Live Animals NO LIVE ANIMALS are permitted Equipment A computer & projector will be available and MUST BE REQUESTED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM.
