Help Needy Kids in NJ Celebrate Halloween! For most children's shelters and other organizations, Halloween costumes do not make the list of essentials in the budget, leaving children feeling left out of the festivities and forgotten. You can help by donating: • New and Gently Used Children's Halloween Costumes • Masks, Hats, & Accessories • Halloween Makeup
