2017 HEADS UP FOOTBALL YOUTH ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Please visit https://usafootball.com/login and Sign In to an existing account or create a new account by clicking Get Started.

If you are a new user you will be directed to an account creation page. If you are an existing user, you will be directed to an account migration page. Please make sure you select Commissioner as your Primary Role on your account creation or migration page.

On this page, you will connect with your organization. Once an organization is selected, an Enroll Now box will populate underneath for you to check. After you click Finish on your account information page, you will be directed to the enrollment screen.

Once you click finish, you will be directed to the Heads Up Football enrollment screen. The enrollment page will include nominating your organization’s Player Safety Coach, uploading insurance, confirming your organization data, and agreeing to the contract. You must check the box to agree to the HUF Contract then click “Sign and Complete this Agreement” to complete the enrollment.

After your enrollment is submitted, you will be directed to your Dashboard. When logged into your USA Football Account, you can visit your My Organization Page to track your organization’s Heads Up Football adoption.
