2017 MSU Presidential Election Campaign Team Representative Form
Please complete the information below clearly and legibly for each member of your campaign team. If the team member is an MSU Employee/Volunteer, refer to Section 4.8 of the Presidential election rules. This sheet must be submitted along with the nomination form on January 12, 2017 at 5:00 PM. You can also find an online form at msumcmaster.ca/elections. Should you add more people to your campaign team after submitting this form, please notify the Returning Officers immediately.
