  All   teams   Must   be   NAFA   Registered   (w   ww.NAFASoftball.com )  Top   4  teams   at   each   age   level   will   receive   a  berth   to   the   NAFA   Midwest   Nationals   and   NAFA  Northern   Nationals   for   2017   (complete   details   at  w   ww.NAFASoftball.com )  Online   registration   holds   your   teams   spot   for   2  weeks   until   payment   is   received  2   pool   into   double   elimination  All   games   at   1  facility   (No   Gate   Fee)  East   Side   Sports   Complex  1   East   Side   Drive  East   Peoria,   IL   61611  16   teams   per   age   level  75   Min   Pool   play,   80   Min   bracket   games,   finish   the   inning  Coaches   will   provide   signed   NAFA   roster   and   Certificate   of   Insurance   at   check­in   before   the   first  game  EPGFA   &  NAFA   will   provide   assistance   for   securing   hotel   blocks   for   the   weekend   with   the   local  hotels
