* Each player should bring 1 goodie bag for exchange at opening ceremonies. General Information: Players and coaches in their uniform (shirt) will be allowed into all events free of charge No spectator coolers will be allowed into the playing facility during the tournament (Email directors for Medical exceptions) No outside food or beverage at playing site. No artificial noise makers allowed. The playing site facility has several restrooms - The facility has a snack bar & other food items Minimal shading at playing site. Spectators are allowed to bring their own covers All teams are responsible for their own housing

Throughout each day of the tournament there will be drawings for PONY souvenirs. Paying spectators will receive drawing tickets each day.
