By signing this contract, I agree to pay for the contract period stated and/or circled. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUT. State of Alabama Aug 1 - Nov 30 $ 185/mo requires a 6% Lodging Tax on all rentals less than 180 days.
