Season Rates are subject to change. One car per site.

Maintenance & Facility Fee: All football season and long-term tenants will be charged a $200 Maintenance & Facility Fee to be applied toward park improvements and upkeep. Cancellation Policy: Payments for Season are due in full by April 1, 2017 20% Booking Fee on All Cancellations prior to April 1, 2017. Non-Refundable after April 1, 2017. A $20 late fee will be applied, if the balance is not paid by the 10th of the month. The billing period begins on the first of the month, and payments are deemed late on the 10th of each month. By signing this contract, I agree to pay for the contract period stated and/or circled. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUT.
