Deposit: A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to secure your team’s spot in the camp on a first-come, first-served basis. Final registration documents will be emailed and must be returned with the balance of payment before June 1, 2017. Teams not paid in full may be replaced with teams from the waiting list. Fees: Included in each camper’s fee is the cost of game management, facilities, referees, timers and scorers, instruction from WOU staff and a WOU camp T-shirt. Overnight campers will receive lodging for both nights in campus dorms, dinner the first night, three meals the second day and breakfast the third morning. Confirmation and registration: All players must have a completed insurance form on file in order to participate in the camp. Insurance forms will be emailed to coaches after this registration form has been turned into WOU. Instruction: WOU strives to be the best instruction team camp on the West Coast • Clinics are led by WOU coaching staff End-game and overtime tournaments • Morning skill-development sessions • Coaches’ chalk talk with WOU staff Competition: Play games against competitive teams from the West Coast • Pool play and championship bracket play Large-school varsity, small-school varsity and sub-varsity divisions • Certified officials • Four-game guarantee Facilities: Games and clinics will be on WOU’s home floor and in WOU’s Peter Courtney Health & Wellness Center Payment: Individual player checks WILL NOT be accepted.
