2017 STUDIO EVENT RENTAL OVERVIEW PRICING:   Friday   $2,500  Minimum  UPTO  100  Guests;  125  Guests  $3,000;  150  Guests  $3,500  +  $23  per  upto  200     Saturday   $3,300  Minimum  UPTO  100  Guests;  125  Guests  $4,000;  150  Guests  $4,600  +  31.00  per  upto  200     Sunday      $2,200  Minimum  UPTO  100  Guests,  125  Guests-­‐  $2,700;  150  Guests  $3,100;  $20  per  upto  200   Monday  –  Thursday  –    $2,000  minimum  +  $20  per  after  100  guests     Small  Event    (50  or  less)  Sunday  Rates  Available  –  Ask  for  details     WEDDINGS  ADD  $500  TO  ABOVE  RATES  –  Includes  1  room  change  and  2  pre  event  meeting   times.   DEPOSITS  AND  FEES:   ü Standard  Deposit  is  $1,000.  This  deposit  acts  as  the  “save  your  date”  deposit  and  then   becomes  the  “damages”  deposit  the  night  of  the  event.    If  there  are  no  additional   charges  such  as  damages,  cleaning,  or  overage  in  hours  the  deposit  is  refund  in  2-­‐7  days.     ü An  additional  deposit  may  be  required  depending  on  the  type  of  event.   ü $150  Night  of  Janitorial  Fee  -­‐  $200  fee  for  over  150  guests  or  more  is  required  to  service   restrooms  and  remove  trash.     ü Must  use  a  professional  catering  company  that  provides  the  bussing  of  the  venue   through  out  the  event  OR  we  will  provide  1  table  bussers  per  100  guests  ($25  per   person  per  hour  -­‐  5  hour  minimum)   ü Event  Liability  Insurance  Required  –  runs  about  $135   RENTAL  TIMES:   ü Standard  Rental  Times  are  8  or  9  hours  –  additional  hours  at  $100  per  hour   ü Event  End  Time  is  1:00  a.m.  or  earlier  with  cleanup  by  2:00  a.m.   ü Additional  $200  fee  to  end  at  2:00  a.m.  with  cleanup  by  3:00  a.m.   MISCELLANEOUS  ITEMS:   ü Maximum  Capacity  is  200  Guests  –  150  Guests  seated     ü No  Smoking  within  the  warehouse  or  studio   ü No  BEVERAGES  OUTSIDE  OF  THE  STUDIO  IN  PARKING  LOTS  OR  FRONT  LAWN   ü Private  Invite  Only  –  no  cover  charge,  entrance  fee,  ticket  sales  etc.   ü Lead  Certified  bar  tender/bar  service  required  to  serve  alcohol

ü Use  of  Standard  Studio  Furniture       ü Use  of  Catering  Kitchen  -­‐  You  may  bring  in  your  own  catering  company  and/or  food           ü Gold  designer  chavari  chairs  (150  GUESTS)  and  round  banquet  tables  or  black  bar  tops   with    bar  stools  or  any  combination  of.     ü 6’  banquet/cake  table(s)       ü STUDIO  Manager  for  the  entire  event  to  oversee  the  venue  and  any  items  you    might   need  -­‐  they  are  not  here  to  manage  or  coordinate  your  event  or  guests
