2018 CAPA LCCs in North Asia Summit 10 ~ 12 June, 2018 | Seoul, Korea
1. Incheon Airport → Grand Hilton Seoul There will be shuttle buses provided by Secretariat for participants of 2018 CAPA LCCs in North Asia Summit. The participants are advised to take one of shuttle buses from the Airport to Grand Hilton Seoul. The shuttle buses will leave Incheon Airport to Grand Hilton Seoul every 60 minutes. In order to assist better transportation service, please visit to reception desks first in each airport terminals.
(1) Reception Desk [ Terminal 1 ] Reception Desk is located in booth #36 Secretariat will operate a reception desk in the terminal 1, 1F, and the reception desk is designated to assist for participants’ information and transportation service. The desk will be located in #36 which is between Gate 6 and 7.
[ Terminal 2 ] Reception Desk is located in booth #B01 Secretariat will operate a reception desk in the terminal 2, 1F, and the reception desk is designated to assist for participants’ information and transportation service. The desk will be located in front of Gate 4.

(2) Bus Stop Please visit to reception desks first. Our staff will be waiting for you at the reception desk, and will guide you to the bus stop for shuttle bus. [ Terminal 1 ] Bus Stop is located in the area of 9C
[ Terminal 2 ] Bus stop is located in front of Gate 5.
※ If participants want to make own personal transportation(taxi) instead of the shuttle bus, participants have to buy a limousine ticket but the ticket will not be provided by Secretariat.

Gimpo Airport → Grand Hilton Seoul (1) Reception Desk Secretariat will operate a reception desk on the arrival level, 1F, and the reception desk is designated to assist for participants’ information and transportation service. The desk will be located in front of Arrival Exit and between Gate 1 and Gate 2.
(2) Bus Stop Bus stop is located in front of Gate 3. Participants pass by the Reception Desk beside Gate 2 and move to the right to the bus stop. Please visit to reception desks first. Our staff will be waiting for you at the reception desk, and will guide you to the bus stop for shuttle bus.

Destination: Grand Hilton Seoul Incheon Airport, Gimpo Airport
Operation Hours: 12:00 / 13:00 / 14:00 / 15:00 / 16:00 Two shuttle buses will run every 60 mins to the Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport, so please take a shuttle bus to the right destination with your flight schedule. (Signage will be detached on each bus and will show the destination.)
