2018 Executive of the Year Award of Excellence
Call for Nominations! 2018 Executive of the Year Award of Excellence The Executive of the Year is the highest recognition given by KSAE to an association executive in Kentucky that exemplifies the very best in association management, continually bringing credit to the profession and to the entire association community. The person has demonstrated qualities of teamwork (ability to work with and support others), vision (ability to see possibilities for making things happen and communicating this vision to others) and servant leadership (willingness to reach out beyond work and home to benefit the community). Nominee’s Eligibility Criteria: • An individual, not an organization or company • Have demonstrated the desire to positively influence the profession as a mentor or role model Other considerations for nomination may include: • Outstanding leadership • Professional achievement • Mentor or steward to colleagues or employees

Be a full active member of KSAE for at least three years Have served as an advocate for positive growth and development of the profession Not be the current KSAE President Excellence or accomplishments within the individual’s organization (awards, promotions, internal recognition programs) Past participation or service in KSAE Recognition by peers
