2018 Jamboree Flyer
On Sunday, April 22nd, Evergreen Little League will be hosting our 26th Annual Jamboree Celebration at Chaboya Middle School from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Jamboree Day is a fantastic opportunity for coaches, kids and parents to get to know each other better and have a great time playing games and celebrating the 2018 Baseball and Softball seasons. We’ve done our best this year to plan a stress-free and fun-filled time for your family and team. PLANNED FOR THIS YEAR‘S EVENT - Food Trucks for a variety of food options - Yoogool Boba Tea - new - Giant Slide - 2 Dunk Tanks (minimal waiting this year) - Speed Pitch - Potato Sack Races - new - Face Painting sponsored by Freeman Orthodontics - Team Gift Basket – Raffle Winners called at 2:15 pm - Silent Auction – Closes at 2:30 pm & Winners announced - The D.J. will be spinning so be ready to dance! WHAT TO BRING - Players MUST be in uniform for the parade - Consider a change of clothes (for after parade) - CASH…bring cash for food trucks and drinks. Checks and credit cards may be accepted for wrist bands, tickets and Silent Auction items. - A 10’ x 10’ Canopy, chairs and tables for your Team - Sunscreen (we hope you’ll need it!) - Bring your family and friends to win great baskets and to help celebrate the beginning of a great season! - A smile and a great attitude! PARKING IS LIMITED! As a reminder, parking is limited, so please carpool or walk if possible and allow time for a short walk. Parking behind the school will be limited as a safety precaution. If you are having trouble finding parking, we recommend you drop off your family, park at the park across the street or at Matsumoto School and walk to Chaboya.

JAMBOREE DAY SCHEDULE 8:00 am ELL Begins Set-up 10:15 am Teams Should Begin to Arrive 10:40 am Teams Line up for Parade & Ceremony 11:00 am Parade & Ceremony Begin 12:00-3:00 pm Lunch, Games & Fun 2:15 pm Gift Basket Raffle 2:30 pm Silent Auction Closes & Winners announced DUNK TANKS – Back by popular demand! Again this year, we will have 2 Dunk Tanks and we are recruiting ELL Board Members, Managers, Coaches & Umpires to participate. Take one for the team and help us raise some funds! We will send out the Dunk Tank schedule prior to Jamboree so you can be sure not to miss your favorite coach or board member! We will be selling 3 balls for 6 Tickets and for a better deal, you can buy 10 balls for 10 Tickets. FOOD We are planning to have several food trucks offering a variety of food to our families, to name a few: Quick
Dogs, Spartan Taco Truck, Kona Ice and Boba Tea.
This is a big fundraiser for ELL as we receive a portion of all money spent at the food trucks, so we encourage you and your family to buy from the food trucks. Having your main meals from the food trucks is strongly and greatly encouraged , SORRY school policy NO GRILLING ALLOWED! Wrist bands will be sold for $10.00 each & can be used for carnival games, slides, potato sack races and T-Ball Combo game but does not include Dunk Tanks & Speed Pitch. WHY YOU NEED TO BUY TICKETS Tickets will be sold for the team basket raffle, Dunk Tanks & Speed Pitch. Each ticket is worth $1 and 25 tickets will be sold for $20. Tickets will be sold at designated ticket areas and by ELL representatives walking around at the Jamboree.
