2018 Jr. Rocks Sponsorship Program The Rock Island Jr. Rocks Baseball Organization was created in 2012 when the Rock Island Reds, Red Sox, and Islanders merged together. The Jr. Rocks are affiliated with Rock Island High School as a feeder program, which means we give preference to District 41 students who are willing to play at their grade level. We are a competitive, travel baseball organization that requires a year-round financial and time commitment from players and parents. Our goal is to build the future of Rock Island High School baseball by developing fundamentals and instilling outstanding sportsmanship. For 2018 we will have 8 teams from 7-14 years of age that will travel to tournaments throughout the Quad Cities and beyond. Each age level will have a full color banner they will display of their team and sponsors. In addition, most of our teams will play weekly league games at either our Edison Jr. High or Saukie Baseball Field against teams from around the Quad Cities. We will have a banner that will be prominently displayed at each of these facilities to recognize those businesses that help make our goals a reality.
