2017/2018 Wedding Ceremony & Reception Venue Pricing Legacy Lookout Legacy Lookout features a total of 8,500 square feet of elegantly appointed space. The ballroom is 4,600 square feet and has a standard seating capacity of 250 guests for seated dinners. The venue may accommodate more guests based on the event layout. The outdoor patios and adjacent event lawn may also be used for the wedding ceremony and outdoor reception.

The Stables This historic Stable features two ballrooms with vaulted ceilings. The west ballroom which totals approximately 3,000 square feet and the east ballroom which totals approximately 2,000 square feet are separated by a gathering hall. Both ballrooms are included in the standard wedding package and when combined has a standard seating capacity of 225 guests for seated dinners. The venue may accommodate more guests based on the event layout. The paddock courtyard is connected to the Stables by a stone walkway and is the perfect location for the ceremony.
