Who I would like to meet and why: I would like to meet President Franklin D. Roosevelt. This is because he was able to help the United States come out of the Great Depression. Additionally, President Roosevelt suffered from a disease known as Polio. However, he did not allow for the disease to stop him, he overcame it and went on to accomplish many great things.
