Update of Previous Action Items • Secured fields for the fall season: • Complex: Fields 1-6, PF B (M,T,W,F,S,S) and PF D (T/TH) – field 5 and 6 already lined • Field 2 and 4 will not be ready until at least 13 August • Emerald Hill (concern about adult pick up games) – fields already lined • Contacted surveyor to mark fields prior to field day (8/20) • Blasted weekly Registration reminders and Facebook updates during June and July • Sent letter to Treasurer of Culpeper Recreation Club • Drafted Job Descriptions • Attended meeting with U13 Girls Skyline team

• Fall manager meeting 21 July • All League registration complete • Travel coaches have been emailed and asked to do the proper background checks required • All head coach contracts sent out that were on my initial list and am currently working on assistant coach contracts

Fourth of July Tournament: 25 teams registered Spirit and Registration Events: 2 BWW, 2 Dicks Field Day at Dicks: Aug 20th Appreciation Day Website: - Referee tab to be finalized by tomorrow night - Travel and Academy teams all posted; coaches/managers and players notified - Calendar of Events tab with an actual Calendar for CSC - Uniforms Tab now open on the Teams Central, for Travel and Academy teams - Creating a new Tab called Coaches, which will have all session plans for all ages. Fields: - Waiting on final confirmation for the rest of the fields at the Complex - Received confirmation for EHE from School Board Uniforms: - Rec: paid for all rec jerseys - Travel: paid for the jerseys that we are buying due to number change. Rec Coaches: We have 38 between coaches and assist coaches so far Rec Fall: We have 346 as of today with 2 on Adj Price 3
