35th Annual Petoskey Soccer Invitational June 16-18, 2017 The Petoskey Youth Soccer Association, in cooperation with the City of Petoskey Parks and Recreation Department, is pleased to invite your team to apply to the 34th Annual Petoskey Soccer Invitational. . Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy a great competitive weekend of soccer in Northern Michigan. MENS OPEN DIVISION 19 - OLDER
GENERAL INFORMATION The Men’s Open Division is available to any team with players 19 years of age and older. The Michigan Adult Soccer Association will sanction this portion of the tournament. All players must be registered with the MSA before coming to the tournament. Application and Entrance Fee: Entrance fee is $500.00 (U.S. Funds ONLY) per team. Application deadline is May 19th, 2017. Any foreign teams must submit payment in the form of a certified check in US dollars.. Awards: Men’s Open 1st and 2nd place individual awards Rules: FIFA rules will apply to all games. Teams: All teams/players must be affiliated with the MSA. If your team or players do not hold an MSA pass card (Michigan Adult Soccer) there will be a $15.50 per player fee due upon tournament roster submission June 1. Rosters: Roster limit is unlimited. A tournament roster form must be submitted after acceptance. This form will be sent with the acceptance letter and must be returned by June 1. Format: Your team will be scheduled for a minimum of three games. Bracket winners will advance into the playoff rounds on Sunday, June 15. The tournament committee reserves the right to shorten, postpone or cancel any game due to inclement weather or unplayable/unsafe field condition. Hotel Arrangements: If you need assistance please contact the Petoskey Area Visitors Bureau at, 1-800-845-2828 Referees: If you know of any referees that would be willing to travel with your team and work some games at the tournament please have them contact PYSA at (231) 348-2947.
