CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 3931

A Bylaw to amend "Zoning Bylaw, 2008, No. 3630" ____________________________________________________________________________________________

The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam enacts as follows: Citation 1.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Zoning Bylaw, 2008, No. 3630, Amendment Bylaw, 2015, No. 3931".

Administration 2.

That the Zoning Map of the "Zoning Bylaw, 2008, No. 3630" be amended to reflect the following rezoning: Civic: 1814 & 1820 Harbour Street Legal: Lot 6, New West District, Plan 6358, District Lot 231 & 232, Except Plan R/W PL65038, PCL B EX PL 82137 From: RS1 (Residential Single Dwelling 1) and P1 (Civic Institutional) To:

RTh3 (Residential Townhouse 3) and P3 (Parks and Natural Areas)

all as shown on Schedule 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of November, 2015. Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of November, 2015. Public Hearing held this 23rd day of November, 2015.
