A Bylaw to amend the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw to include waterway protection.

___________________________________________________________________ The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam enacts as follows:

Citation 1.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw, No. 3814, 2013, Amendment Bylaw, 2017, No. 3993”.

Administration 2.

That the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw No. 3814, 2013 be amended by adding the following table into Schedule A in alphabetical order by bylaw name: Schedule “A” Designated Bylaw Contraventions and Penalties
