11th annual Carpinteria Artists Studio & Gallery Tour Registration Information When: Saturday, May 13th and/or Sunday, May 14th, 2017 10 AM to 5 PM Where: Throughout the Carpinteria and Summerland area Who: Professional-level Carpinteria & Summerland Studio Artists (& Galleries) Why: The Carpinteria Artists Studio & Gallery Tour was established by the Carpinteria Arts Center to promote, support and further our local professional-level artists and their fine art with this annual opportunity for the public to visit local artists in their studios and galleries What: The opportunity for local artists to show, promote and sell their art work at their studios/galleries through a publicized community-wide, 2-day-long event on Mother’s Day weekend, May13 & 14, including the opportunity to exhibit work in the accompanying Artists Studio Tour Group Show at the Carpinteria Arts Center (855 Linden Ave.) to run from April 27 to May 15, 2017, with a reception on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 5 to 7 PM. How to Participate: 1. Submit a completed Registration Form & Fee by Friday, March 17, 2017: • Fill out registration form & pay online at Store (at bottom of CarpinteriaArtsCenter.org homepage) • Or Download Registration Form (PDF) and mail in your completed form o Open file, fill out form, and print out a copy (or print out a blank copy and fill out by hand) o Mail complete Registration to Artists Studio Tour – Carpinteria Arts Center, PO Box 597, Carpinteria, CA 93014 o Pay by check you include with registration or pay at our online store at Store (bottom of CarpinteriaArtsCenter.org homepage)
Registration Fee • Pay Artist Studio Registration Fee of $35 ($25 for CAC members). This includes a small “thumbnail” size reproduction of one your fine art pieces in the brochure along with your contact information. • Contribute 15% of sales* of your artwork during Artists Studio Tour to the Carpinteria Arts Center. [* And contribute 35% of sales from any artwork sold in the group show at the Arts Center gallery]
OR • Pay Studio/Gallery Sponsorship Fee starting at a minimum of a $500 contribution. This level includes a display/logo printed on the brochure. • Studio/Gallery Sponsors are not asked to contribute any % of sales to Arts Center.
