• Two (2) 12’-0” wide x 14’-0” high, manual, vertical-lift, insulated, steel drive-in doors with access provided by 14’-0” wide x 60’-0” long reinforced concrete ramps. • 8’-0” wide, 8” thick reinforced concrete dolly pads serve the trailer storage areas. • 50’ x 50’ bay spacing with 60’ at the loading bays • Ceilings - 40’ nominal ridge height, roof is double slope with a ¼” to 12” pitch.
• On-site parking for a total of approx. four hundred seven (407) vehicles and one hundred thirty-nine (139) trailers.
• Roof - Precision roll formed MR-24 panels
• The site can accommodate a future expansion of trailer storage for approx. eighty-four (84) trailers.
