Market Snapshot – November 2016 Tauranga There were 163 Recorded sales in the TAURANGA region for NOVEMBER 2016 UP from 128 recorded the previous month. The median days to sell were 39 days up from 37 days the previous month. Sales in NOVEMBER have increased by approximately 28%. The Median price has increased by $40.000 to $590,000. December is traditionally a quieter month. The market in the New Year will be interesting to observe as to where our market trends are heading. Christmas is almost upon us and I know many of us are preparing for Family gatherings and your summer getaways. At this time of the year the Team at Ray White Bayfair think of the children who may not be as fortunate as others. We are collecting presents which can be dropped off under the Christmas tree from December 1st. These are always well received and it is always a pleasure to help where we can.
