First week will be clinics for all teams meet on the south diamond at 5:00 on May 24 & 26. All games will be 60 minutes long. All games will be played at the Garland City Park, North-East diamond. Each player gets five pitches from the machine regardless of whether they swing or not. Before each game coaches from both teams need to agree on the speed and height of the pitches. The machine should not exceed 4 on the speed and no lower than 3, recreation staff will set up the machine at a pre-determined speed and height.

To control the game better, play after the ball has been hit can be stopped once the ball is in the infield and in control, teams can show that they are not attempting to get an out by having the player with the ball hold the ball and raise their hand in the air.

There will be no score kept for the games. This league is designed to be a controlled environment that allows each kid to maximize their learning experience. Coaches are allowed to stop play to properly so how to execute a play.

Coaches will run the machine when their team is up to bat. The home team is the first one list and will bat second and have last up to bat.
