6 GRADE CAMP REMINDERS! th
● WHAT TO PACK! Be sure to read the “Bring Along” list and include extra socks, boots, gloves, heavy clothes, and a warm coat! Do not forget sleeping bag/bedding, a towel, and toiletries! Please remember no electronics at camp. ● LUGGAGE! Student’s luggage must be at Owen on Sunday November 12 th between 2:00pm and 4:00pm or on Monday November 13th between 6:45am and 7:45am. Drop off all luggage on the West side of the building in parent pick up. Make sure your child’s first & last name appears on all pieces of luggage. Luggage cannot come to school on the bus. There will be a boys’ truck and a girls’ truck in the loop for all luggage to be loaded on. ● IMPORTANT! 6TH GRADE STUDENTS CANNOT ARRIVE TO OWEN EARLY! COME TO SCHOOL AT THE REGULAR TIME! Students will report to their 1st hour as usual, and then depart by bus to camp that morning. ● MEDICATION! All medication must be brought to Owen on Friday November 10th by 4:00pm or on Sunday November 12th between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Please label the bottle or bag with your child’s name and homeroom teacher. All medication must be in its original labeled container (this applies for over the counter as well as prescription medication). Medication can be picked up on Friday in Owen’s Office when your child returns from camp. If your child’s Camp Health Form is missing / incomplete, your child will not go to camp. ● FRIDAY’S RETURN! Students should return home from camp around 11:15 am on Friday. Students and their luggage MUST BE PICKED UP. They cannot ride the bus home that afternoon. Please make arrangements to have your child &luggage picked up from Owen. ● Students NOT attending Camp are expected to attend school every day during c a m p w e e
