Our unique floor plan offers many opportunities for guests to wander from room to room while enjoying our warm comfortable atmosphere. The Manson is closed on weekends, tours are scheduled Monday thru Friday (except holidays) 9:30 am - 3 pm. Maximum Capacity:
Up to 120 for inside sit down or buffet Up to 150 for inside cocktail reception or outside tented reception (tent not provided)
Included in your rental:
Tables and chairs to seat 120 for inside use only Access to the entire first floor, veranda, upstairs bride and groom rooms and surrounding grounds which consist of the grape arbor and gazebo
Not included in your rental:
Linens, dinnerware or glassware Caterer – must be selected from our approved caterer’s list Set up/break down and cleanup – are the user/caterer’s responsibility and are considered part of your rental time Liability insurance – we do not provide liability insurance if you are serving alcohol Online insurance resource; The Event Helper Please note: when using a preferred caterer you are ensuring that your event is “done in one”, each of our caterers is exceptionally good at what they do. You can be assured that your event is in good hands, and leaves you time to relax and enjoy your party. I have attached a list of our preferred caterers and their contact information.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday - peak season (May 1 – Nov. 14) $2,200 for 9 hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday – off season (Nov. 15 – April 30) $1,500 for 9 hours Additional hours may be purchased at a fee $175 an hour* Security deposit - $500 refundable Parking Supervisor - $125
Hourly Rental Fees: please note - if you are having your food dropped off from a cater or you are providing the food yourself there will be an out of network caterer fee applied*
Friday and Sunday - $1,100 for 6 hours Security deposit - $500 refundable Parking Supervisor - $125
Weekday Rental Fees: (Monday thru Thursday)
Rental fee: $75 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours rental time Security Deposit: $150 – refundable Parking Supervisor - $125
*Additional hours may be purchased up to a week prior to your event. They can be added to your contracted 9 hour rental time either consecutive to the start of your rental time or at the end of your contracted time. The additional hours are to be scheduled no later than midnight. Ask about our 2 and 3 day rental packages which are designed to make planning your rehearsal dinner, wedding day and Sunday brunch seamless. It’s a great way to host your out of town guests who will be visiting for more than the wedding day.
