PUBLIC NOTICE FOR INSPECTION OF SUPPLEMENTARY VALUATION ROLL Mamusa Local Municipality gives notice in terms of section 49 (1) (a) of the Local Government Municipality Property Act (No. of 2004), hereinafter referred to as the Act, the supplementary valuation roll for the financial years 2014 - 2018 states in terms of section 30 of the Act open for inspection at the municipality's head and satellite and library of Mamusa Local Municipality.
According to section 50 (2) of Municipality Property Rates Act no. 6 of 2004, an objection in terms of subsection (1) (c) must be in relation to a specific individual property and not against the valuation as such. The objection forms are obtainable at the municipality's head and satellite and library of Mamusa Local Municipalty. Completed forms must be submitted to the attention of Municipal Manager and addressed to: Mamusa Local Municipality, P.O.Box 5,Schweizer Reneke, 2780 or by hand to the nearest Municipal Offices. The objections are open from 9th February 2015 until the 25th March 2015, during office hours ( 08H00 to 16H00).
