F SECTION 29 OF THE Ndifj NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 29 OF THE NORTH WEST GAMBLING (AC( NO.2 Oi. 2001) ASÁ ACT, 2001 (ACT NO. 2 OF 2001) AS AMENDED APPLICATIONS FOR SITE OPERATOR LICENCES Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 29 of the North West Gambling Act, 2001
(Act No. 2 of 2001), as amended, that the North West Gambling Board ( "the Board ") received applications for Site Operator Licences, as listed below.
This notice seek to invite and afford interested persons an opportunity to view the applications which will be lying open for public inspection and to lodge their written representations in relation thereto, if any, with the North West Gambling Board within one (1) month from the date of this notice, and to state in those representations whether or not they wish to make oral representations at the hearing of these applications, as required by the provisions of section 29 of the North West Gambling Act, 2001, as amended.
A Site Operator licence authorises a licensee to place and operate approved Limited Payout Machines in or on premises or parts of such premises, as licensed by the Board. THE FOLLOWING ARE DETAILS OF THE APPLICANTS FOR SITE OPERATOR LICENCES

Kindly take note that these applications will be lying open for public viewing at the offices of the North West Gambling Board, at 131 University Drive, between 08h30 - 16h30, for a period of one (1) month, commencing on 01 June 2015 to 30 June 2015.
Persons wishing to make representations, be either comments or objections, in relation to any application submitted to the Board, shall do so in writing and such representations shall contain the following information: a)
The name of the applicant to which representations relate;
