90-day warranty from PY Trading Inc.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
This warranty details is being issued for “New” and “Refurbished” products warranted against any electronic or mechanical defects for the ff. conditions:
Condition: REFURBISHED
Manufacturer Refurbished shall be covered not less than 90 days warranty from the manufacturer unless specified during the time of offer. Any defects from date of sale of product must be coursed directly to the manufacturer only. It will be manufacturers responsibility to address customer concerns in terms of technical support and other related concerns.
Third Party Refurbished units shall be covered by PY Trading Inc. 90 days warranty from date of purchase. Any defects on the product will be directed to PY Trading Inc. PY Trading Inc. will be responsible in handling customer concerns such as technical support from its location at 1443 Walnut Street, LA, CA 90011 and can be contacted through their technical support hotlines 213-744-1844/1897. If the unit was sold as a refurbished item, the warranty does not apply to any cosmetic appearance items such as scratches. Should a defect occur, we will repair or, as its option , replace defective unit/parts with rebuilt materials without charge for either parts or labor. Replacement unit/parts will be warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.
Condition: NEW Products being offered by PY Trading Inc as “New” will be covered by One(1) year Manufacturers Warranty from date of sale. Any claims must be coursed directly to the manufacturer. PY Trading Inc. will NOT entertain any claim for any reason under the set forth condition.
This warranty does not cover installation or damage from accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, incorrect voltage, operating the unit against the instructions in the owner’s manual or any product which has been opened, altered, or tampered with. This warranty does not cover costs for removal and or installation of the unit for repair. Under no circumstances shall PY Trading Inc. be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or for any expenses incurred by reason of use of sale of this product. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for particular use or otherwise. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights and they may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
