Skiing February Half Term 2015 – Solden/Otz Valley, Austria

Friday 13 February – Saturday 21st February 2015
The College is organising a ski trip to Solden/Otz Valley in Austria during February half term 2015. The cost of the trip is £890. The trip includes:
All transport (ferry & coach) Six days skiing with tuition (4 hours per day) Helmets, skis, boots and pole hire Lift Pass for 6 days Full board and accommodation (meals en-route extra) Insurance An après-ski programme
If you are interested and would like to reserve a place on the trip for your child please sign, enter an email address used regularly (most information is sent by email) and return the slip below together with a deposit of £130. A further £50 will be payable at the end of January. Slips and deposits must be returned to the cash office th by Friday 7 December and as places are limited will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Payment can be made online via the Parental Gateway by debit/credit card. If paying this way please have the slip returned direct to me! The remaining balance will then need to be paid by November 2014 and details confirming this will be given in an acceptance letter. This trip is being organised earlier than usual to give a longer period to pay the balance. Please find out if your child’s friends are going on the trip beforehand as deposits are non-transferable or refundable. The cost of £890 is based on 40 paying students, and may be subject to change if there are fewer students to sign up.
