Easter Disco
Thur 24 Mar—
hard putting together the production of ‘Dick Whittington’. After hearing the rehearsals during the week I didn't think it could get any better but it did so well done! A big thank you to Mr Horne, Ms Wylie and especially Alex Barker-Moore from St Martins 6th form for giving up his free lessons to help with the production. It was appreciated by everyone. The PTA Easter Egg raffle tickets have been going very well at 20p each ticket. The draw will take place on the last day of term Thursday 24th March. Don’t forget the Easter disco which is next Wednesday 23rd March infants at 4.45pm and the juniors starting at 6pm, tickets can be purchased on the night or pre-order from the school office.

A reminder that we have the Easter Bonnet Assembly for all children who would like to take part. Pictures will be tweeted on our twitter page for everyone to see the parade. Can I just remind you all that parking on the pavement is not only illegal but very dangerous to the children, after receiving complaints from the neighbours we would like to ask you all to be considerate on where and how you park your car. The weather is getting betterso why not walk. Also a reminder that dogs are not allowed onto the school site, either carried in your arms or walking on a lead. Thank your for your co-operation. Once again Ethan Metcalfe from Rowan class is busy fundraising for Help for Heroes and has an official licence to sell wristbands and lapel badges. He has a Facebook page ‘Party For Heroes’ (via his mum) which is documenting all of the activities he is doing in order to break previous fundraising records. If you would like to help him please visit the just giving page www.justgiving.com/Ethan-Metcalfe or speak to Ethan and his mum in the playground! Willowbrook Achievements Headteacher Superstars Isabelle Vosper Willowbrook Achievements Risviny Thirunavugarasu has received a trophy from the Tamil Society for reaching the next stage in her studies. Well done!
